Orange Liqueur Cake

  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 180 grams butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 grams flour
  • orange zest

  • Beat the butter until creamy consistency.
  • Add the condensed milk, the eggs one by one, the orange liqueur, the zest of one orange, the flour, the baking powder, and the evaporated milk.
  • Grease a mold and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake at 180ºC for approximately 45 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and unmold.
