The first thing we will do is mix the stick of butter with 1 1/3 cups of sugar. When the mixture is fully integrated, we will add the 3 eggs one by one while continuing to beat, and we will incorporate the orange zest and the tablespoon of vanilla.
When everything is fully combined, we will gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt).
For this step, we need to be very careful as we will do the following: Add the 300 g of Raspberries gently, mixing with a spatula so that the raspberries do not break; stir slowly.
Once finished, pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for one hour at 180°C.
Here we will make a cream to put on top of the bread; we just need to whip the cream to stiff peaks, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla, beat everything together, and it's ready.
After taking the bread out of the oven, let it cool and slice it, then put a bit of the cream we prepared on top of each slice :D
