Preheat the oven to 180°. Grease and flour a cake mold.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cardamom, and salt.
Mix the sugar with the lemon zest, yogurt, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract with a whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.
Fold the ingredients with a spatula until combined.
Pour the mixture into the mold and level the surface with a spatula. Place the mold in the center of the oven until the cake is golden on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice, adding the juice drop by drop and mixing until the desired consistency is achieved.
Melt the chocolate and place it in a piping bag. Cut the tip of the bag and create a spider web on top of the cake.
Pour the frosting over the cake.
