Walnut Cake

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, rexal
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 200 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Preheated oven to 180 °C
  • Cream the butter with the sugar until smooth.
  • Continue beating and add the eggs one by one, pour in the vanilla and milk, then add the flour with the baking powder, salt, and walnuts.
  • In a greased and floured cake pan, pour the mixture.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and serve.
