Bring to a boil, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, 1 cup of water or milk, butter and granulated sugar.
Suddenly add the flour; cook by stirring for 3 minutes without stopping or until a ball forms and the mixture separates from the side of the pot.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add the eggs, one by one, mixing them well with a beater after adding each one.
With the mass already ready, go making balls of the size you prefer.
Bake this for 30 minutes and reduce the oven temperature to 200º. Puncture the profiteroles with a toothpick so that the steam comes out, bake it for 25 min. more or until it is golden. Turn off the oven. Open the oven door a little; let the profiteroles rest in the oven for 15 min. Take them out and let them cool completely.
