Profiteroles with Pistachios

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons Great Value® granulated sugar
  • 150 grams wheat flour Great Value®
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chantilly cream
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cups pistachios, finely chopped, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat the water and add the butter, salt, and sugar. Cook until the butter melts.
  • Add the flour all at once and mix well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until the dough is golden and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  • Beat the dough in a mixer until cool and add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat. The mixture should be semi-liquid.
  • Place the dough in a piping bag with a plain tip and shape the profiteroles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
  • Cut the profiteroles in half and fill with whipped cream.
  • Cover the tops with melted chocolate and decorate with pistachios. Let dry and enjoy. Buy HERE
