1 can pumpkin purée
1/3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/2 tablespoons ginger powder
1 envelope vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

In a deep bowl, place the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
In another deep bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and milk. Add the package of instant pudding and vanilla, and whisk with a whisk.
Fold the cream into the pumpkin puree and place in martini glasses, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
When serving the pudding, garnish with the chopped walnut.
