Pumpkin Pudding

This delicious pudding is made with cream, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, vanilla, and walnut.

  • 1 can pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons ginger powder
  • 1 envelope vanilla pudding
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • In a deep bowl, place the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  • In another deep bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and milk. Add the package of instant pudding and vanilla, and whisk with a whisk.
  • Fold the cream into the pumpkin puree and place in martini glasses, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • When serving the pudding, garnish with the chopped walnut.
