1 can pumpkin purée
1/3 cups evaporated milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/2 tablespoons ginger powder
1 envelope vanilla pudding
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

In a deep bowl place the whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
In another deep bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and milk. Add instant pudding packet and vanilla and beat with balloon whisk.
Mix the cream with the pumpkin puree and place in martini glasses, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
When you are going to serve the pudding, decorate with the chopped walnut.
