This rich pudding is made with cream, pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, vanilla and walnut.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 on vanilla pudding
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnut, toast and chopped

Preparation

In a deep bowl place the cream to beat and beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
In another deep bowl, mix the pumpkin puree and milk. Add the envelope of instant pudding and vanilla and beat with a balloon whisk.
Mix the cream with the pumpkin puree and place in martini glasses, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
When you serve the pudding, decorate with the chopped nut.

PRESENTATION

Decorate pudding cups with walnut and whipped cream.

TIPS

If you do not find pumpkin puree, you can do it at home by peeling, removing the seeds and cutting a large pumpkin into cubes. Bake the cubes for 30 minutes and then with a food processor mash.
