  • 250 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams egg, whole
  • 250 grams icing sugar
  • 25 grams cake mix

  • Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius
  • Break the chocolate into pieces. Place them in a medium saucepan along with the butter.
  • Heat in a water bath until both ingredients melt and mix well
  • Then incorporate the sifted flour and sugar mixture with a spatula. Add the whole eggs and mix. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Pour into small molds covered with baking paper. Bake at 140 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes; this is for brownies weighing 60 to 70 grams.
  • Because these brownies contain plenty of butter and chocolate, they can be stored at room temperature for a week.
