1 1/2 liters cow's milk , boiled
50 grams cornstarch
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
5 egg yolks
50 grams raisins, or nut
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1/4 kilos sugar

To the cold milk, add the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch dissolved in a little water.
This is blended in the blender and heated over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Let it sit for a few minutes until it starts to thicken and serve in cold gelatin molds with raisins or nuts and cinnamon on top.
