Ingredients: 1 1/2 liters cow's milk, boiled; 50 grams cornstarch; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 5 egg yolks; 50 grams raisins, or nut; 1 pinch cinnamon powder; 1/4 kilos sugar

To the cold milk, add the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch dissolved in a little water. This is blended in the blender and heated over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
