1 cup quinoa, rinsed
2 cups water
4 Oikos® strawberry yogurt, 150 g each
1 cup mixed berries, frozen
1/2 cups mango, cubed and frozen
4 teaspoons shredded coconut
4 basil, for decoration

In a small pot with a lid, cook the quinoa with the water over low heat for 20 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the quinoa with Oikos® Strawberry Yogurt. Pour into small cups.
Place the frozen fruits on top of the yogurt and sprinkle with a little shredded coconut. Decorate with basil leaves.
