Quivering Milk Flan

Perfect for a party, and they are so delicious that everyone will love them.

  • 2 cans whipping cream, (295 g)
  • 6 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, white
  • 1 stick chocolate, melted (100 g)

  • In a medium cup, pour the cream and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it rest for a minute until the gelatin softens.
  • In a medium pot over medium heat, heat the milk with the condensed milk and mix well with a manual whisk. Add the vanilla extract and stir for one minute. Remove from heat and add the cream and gelatin mixture, stirring very well to avoid lumps and ensure incorporation. Pour the mixture into eight small molds or cups and refrigerate until set.
  • To unmold the flans, run a thin knife around the edges of each cup and immerse the bottom of each cup in warm water for six seconds. Place a plate over the cup and quickly flip it with a confident motion. Repeat the process with the remaining flans. Pour the melted chocolate into a small bag and carefully cut one of the ends. For decoration, drizzle over the top of each flan. You can also complete the decoration with pieces of jelly in different colors (orange, purple, or green).
