In a medium cup, pour the cream and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let it rest for a minute until the gelatin softens. In a medium pot over medium heat, heat the milk with the condensed milk and mix well with a manual whisk. Add the vanilla extract and stir for one minute. Remove from heat and add the cream and gelatin mixture, stirring very well to avoid lumps and ensure incorporation. Pour the mixture into eight small molds or cups and refrigerate until set.
