Rainbow Crepe Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 package Chantilly® vanilla top cream, 460 g

  • In a bowl with the help of a whisk, add the flour, egg, butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Mix until you achieve a smooth and lump-free batter.
  • Divide the crepe batter into 6 equal parts; add pink, purple, yellow, green, blue, and orange food coloring to each bowl to create the rainbow.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet and spray with cooking oil, use a ladle to form the crepes. Complete all the colors and set aside.
  • Whip the Chantilly® Top Cream vanilla 460 g until it doubles in size and is completely firm.
  • To assemble the cake, place a green crepe on a base or plate, then add a thin layer of whipped cream using a spatula. Repeat this step by layering crepes of different colors in any order you like; chill for 1 hour.
  • Finally, add a last layer of cream and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
