For the turquoise blue gelatin, mix the natural yogurt with coconut milk, honey, and hot milk. Add the turquoise food coloring to obtain a pastel shade, pour in the hydrated gelatin and mix. Set aside.
For the red gelatin, dilute the red fruit gelatin in hot milk to obtain a pastel color. Set aside. Repeat the process for the yellow gelatin.
For the green and purple gelatin, repeat the first step and set aside.
Pour a little of the turquoise mixture into a gelatin cup to form a layer, refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
Once the layer is firm, pour the pink gelatin to form a second layer, refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set and repeat the process with the remaining colors: yellow, green, and purple.
Serve the cups decorated with whipped cream and colorful sugar pearls.
