For the turquoise blue gelatin, mix the natural yogurt with coconut milk, honey, and hot milk. Add the turquoise food coloring to obtain a pastel shade, pour in the hydrated gelatin and mix. Set aside. For the red gelatin, dilute the red fruit gelatin in hot milk to obtain a pastel color. Set aside. Repeat the process for the yellow gelatin.
