Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for the blue jelly
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for the blue jelly
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the blue jelly
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for the blue jelly
  • blue food coloring, turquoise, for the blue jelly
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • 2 cups milk, hot, for the pink jelly
  • 1/4 cups red fruits gelatin, for the pink jelly
  • 2 cups milk, hot, for the yellow jelly
  • 1/4 cups vanilla gelatin dessert, for the yellow jelly
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for the green gelatin
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for the green gelatin
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the green gelatin
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for the green gelatin
  • food coloring, green, for the green jelly
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for the purple jelly
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for the purple jelly
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the purple jelly
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for the purple jelly
  • food coloring, purple, for the purple jelly
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • whipped cream, to decorate
  • edible sugar pearls, to decorate, colored (pink, white, silver and purple)

Preparation

For the turquoise blue gelatin, mix the natural yogurt together with the coconut milk, honey and hot milk. Add the turquoise blue coloring to obtain a pastel color tone, pour in the hydrated gelatin and incorporate. Reservation.
For the red gelatin, dilute the red fruit gelatin over the hot milk to obtain a pastel color. Reservation. Repeat the process for the yellow gelatin.
For the green and purple gelatin, repeat the first step and reserve.
Pour a little of the turquoise mixture into a gelatin glass to form a layer, refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
Once the layer is firm, pour the pink gelatin to form a second layer, refrigerate for 15 min or until set and repeat the process with the rest of the colors: yellow, green and purple.
Serve the cups decorated with whipped cream and colored sugar pearls.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with whipping cream and colored spheres.

TIPS

Let each layer set long enough so that when you pour each color, they do not mix.
