Raspberry and Chocolate Buns

  • 1 cup wheat flour, whole
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cups chocolate, in chips
  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon

  • Mix the flours, baking powder, and baking soda
  • Add the butter. Mix well
  • Add the raspberry and chocolate chips. Mix gently
  • In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey. Add this preparation to the previous mixture
  • Knead the mixture lightly, spread out, and cut into 12 pieces. Place on a baking tray
  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
