Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour whole
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/3 of Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of raspberry fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate in chips
  • 1 1/4 cups of low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the flours, baking powder and baking soda
Add the butter. Mix well
Add raspberry and chocolate shavings. Mix gently
Apart mix the yogurt with honey. Add this preparation to the previous mix
Knead little mixture, expand and cut into 12 pieces. Place on a baking sheet
Mix the sugar and cinnamon.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top of the rolls and bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.

TIPS

You can use a non-stick baking sheet or spread a bit of butter with flour
