  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 grams plain yogurt, Sugared
  • 60 grams flour
  • 130 grams sugar
  • raspberry jam
  • 2 cups mixed berries

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients in the following order: whole eggs, sugar, yogurt, and cheese (previously cut for easier dissolving). Beat until there are no lumps.
  • Add the flour, previously sifted, and continue beating.
  • Prepare the mold (approximately 18 cm) with butter and flour, pour in the mixture, and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • When cool, cover with jam and place the fruits on top, then refrigerate.
