Ingredients

8 portions
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 grams natural yogurt, sugary
  • 60 grams flour
  • 130 grams sugar
  • to taste raspberry jam
  • 2 cups red fruit

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients in the following order: whole eggs, sugar, yogurt and cheese (previously cut to make it easier to dissolve). Beat until there are no lumps.
Add the flour, previously sieved and continue beating.
Prepare the mold (approximately 18 cm) with lard and flour, pour the mixture and bring to the oven for about 40 minutes.
When it is cold cover with the jam and on it to put the fruits and to take to the refrigerator.

TIPS

Wash the fruit previously and put it in a bowl with sugar to give them a juicier flavor.
