Clafouti comes from France and is a very easy dessert to prepare. This clafouti is made with raspberries but you can use any fruit, such as figs, strawberries, or grapes.

1/4 cups sugar
1 egg, large
3 tablespoons cow's milk
3 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cups raspberries

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Grease 6 souffle ramekins with butter and sprinkle with sugar, covering all the edges.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar, milk, cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the flour and stir well.
Divide the raspberries among the baking ramekins and pour the mixture on top of the raspberries.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden and the center is cooked.
