  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds, salt-free, for the crust

  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Place the crust ingredients in a food processor, except for the maple syrup, and chop them. Once done, add the syrup and mix thoroughly.
  • Press this mixture into a pie mold and compact it well, then refrigerate.

  • Add the mixture to the crust mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate with frozen fruit, nuts, or shredded coconut.
