Red Fruits with Gelatin

A simple, light, and healthy dessert. It takes 10 minutes to prepare, but make sure to refrigerate them for at least 4 hours to set well.

200 grams strawberries
100 grams raspberries
50 grams cranberries
50 grams blueberry
1 envelope strawberry gelatin, in powder
peppermint, for decoration

Wash the fruit and mint leaves and dry them well.
Cut the stems off the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
Put the gelatin in a container with two glasses of boiling water and dissolve.
Add 2 more glasses of cold water, stir, and let cool slightly.
Place a mint leaf at the bottom of six gelatin dessert molds.
Distribute all the fruit among the dessert cups and fill with the gelatin.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until well set.
Before serving, dip the molds in hot water and unmold the flans.
