Red Fruits with Gelatin

A simple, light, and healthy dessert. It takes 10 minutes to prepare, but make sure to refrigerate them for at least 4 hours to set well.

  • 200 grams strawberries
  • 100 grams raspberries
  • 50 grams cranberries
  • 50 grams blueberry
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin, in powder
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • Wash the fruit and mint leaves and dry them well.
  • Cut the stems off the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
  • Put the gelatin in a container with two glasses of boiling water and dissolve.
  • Add 2 more glasses of cold water, stir, and let cool slightly.
  • Place a mint leaf at the bottom of six gelatin dessert molds.
  • Distribute all the fruit among the dessert cups and fill with the gelatin.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until well set.
  • Before serving, dip the molds in hot water and unmold the flans.
