A simple, light and healthy dessert. It is prepared in 10 minutes but be sure to refrigerate them for at least 4 hours so that they set well.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams strawberry
  • 100 grams raspberry
  • 50 grams cranberry
  • 50 grams berry
  • 1 on strawberry jelly, powdered
  • peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Wash the fruit and mint leaves and dry well.
Cut the twigs from the strawberries and cut into pieces.
Put the gelatin in a bowl with two glasses of boiling water and dissolve.
Add 2 more glasses of cold water, stir and let cool slightly.
Put a mint leaf on the bottom of six jelly dessert molds.
Divide the fruit between the dessert glasses and fill with the gelatine.
Leave in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until they are well set.
Before serving, dip the molds in hot water and remove the puddings.
