Heat the water in a pot over medium heat, add the flour all at once, cocoa, salt, and dry yeast, stirring continuously cook for 5 minutes until you have a homogeneous dough.
Place the dough in the mixer, add the eggs one at a time, add the red dye and beat for 7 minutes until completely integrated.
Place the dough in a piping bag with a star tip.
Heat the oil over medium heat, shape a churro and fry for 3 minutes.
Remove excess grease with a Bounty® paper towel.
While still hot, roll in sugar.
Serve with melted chocolate or fill with cream cheese frosting.
