Use this recipe to make a delicious Red Wine Jelly with Strawberries; you will love the combination of the wine flavor and the sweetness of the strawberries. It is the ideal dessert for a special occasion.
In a saucepan, put 1 cup of water and hibiscus, boil for 3 minutes. Let it rest for a bit and strain. Measure to have 1/2 cup and return to the saucepan with the sugar.
In that hot water, dissolve the gelatin by stirring until the sugar and gelatin are well dissolved.
Add the wine and lemon juice and pour into a mold, add the strawberries and place in the refrigerator to set until the next day.
Unmold and decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
