  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  • Sift the rice flour and the ovens (baking powder plus baking soda) and mix them with the orange zest.
  • In a bowl mix the egg, the oil and Silk ® Almond Original Without Sweetener, add the rice flour and baking powder already sieved until a homogeneous mass is obtained, if it is very liquid add more flour.
  • Let stand for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  • Make balls with the dough, you can lean on a soup spoon. Place them in a tray previously greased with butter and varnish with a little more almond drink.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Chills and serves.
