Rice Pudding with Orange

The traditional flavor of rice pudding, with the citrus touch of orange for this summer.

  • 1 cup rice, raw
  • 3 cups fresh milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 orange
  • 8 tablespoons orange jam
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • The rice is washed and cooked in 3 cups of fresh milk and the orange peel.
  • Once the rice is cooked, sugar and evaporated milk are added, and it is allowed to boil for a few more minutes before adding the jam.
  • The orange peel is removed, and everything is gently stirred to avoid breaking the rice.
  • It is poured into a glass, covered with cocoa, and decorated. It is served cold.
