1 cup rice, raw
3 cups fresh milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 orange
8 tablespoons orange jam
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons sugar

The rice is washed and cooked in 3 cups of fresh milk and the orange peel.
Once the rice is cooked, sugar and evaporated milk are added, and it is allowed to boil for a few more minutes before adding the jam.
The orange peel is removed, and everything is gently stirred to avoid breaking the rice.
It is poured into a glass, covered with cocoa, and decorated. It is served cold.
