Rice with Milk by Paola

Paola's rice with milk is a delight. It's the best recipe I've tried for making rice with milk; it has a touch that gives it a different but delicious flavor. Try this rice with milk, and you'll lick your fingers!

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 2 rods cinnamon
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • Cook the previously washed rice over low heat with water and salt.
  • Mix the condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, regular milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
  • When the rice is cooked, add the previous mixture.
  • Let the milk reduce a bit over low heat and add raisins. Let it rest and serve.
