80 grams flour

Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Beat the ricotta cheese with the sugar, egg yolks, and flour for a few minutes.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add to the previous mixture, folding gently.
Grease and flour individual molds or one large mold. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes or until they rise and the top is golden.
