Try this recipe for ricotta cheese soufflé, perfect to close the family meal with a delicious dessert or for an afternoon and accompany it with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo ricotta cheese
  • 80 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons lard
  • 4 eggs, separate whites and yolks
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Beat the ricotta cheese with the sugar, egg yolks and flour for a few minutes.
Beat the whites until stiff and add to the previous shake, mix with enveloping movements.
Grease and flour individual molds or a large mold. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes or until they increase in size and the top is golden.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with strawberries or blackberries.

TIPS

If you use individual molds, the baking time will be less than if you use a large one.
