Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan and add the cocoa and sweetened condensed milk, cooking for 4 minutes until the mixture resembles soft pudding.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and rum.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours until the mixture is firm.
Roll small balls with clean hands and coat them in cocoa, nuts, powdered sugar, or colorful sprinkles.
Refrigerate them for another hour and you're done!!!!
