200 grams almonds, powder
200 grams sugar
5 eggs
200 grams orange zest
5 grams cinnamon powder
200 grams powdered sugar, for decoration
1 orange, supremes, for decoration
80 grams strawberry , in quarters, for decoration.
70 grams whipping cream, for decoration

Mix in a bowl the ground almonds with the sugar, flour, orange zest, and cinnamon.
Incorporate the eggs one by one and beat with a wooden spoon.
Grease and flour a cake pan and pour in the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let it cool completely and unmold.
Decorate with powdered sugar, marking with a paper stencil the cross of Santiago de Compostela.
Whip the cream with the orange supremes and the strawberry.
