Santiago's Birthday Cake

Delicious birthday cake with cream frosting and decoration.

  • 400 grams whipped cream
  • 400 grams dulce de leche
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pot oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 500 grams chantilly cream
  • 2 sticks chocolate, for cup

  • Mix the eggs with the milk, sugar, oil, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Incorporate the sifted flour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cut the cake into 3 layers.
  • Soak with the syrup.
  • Fill the first layer with dulce de leche and broken meringues.
  • Stack the second layer and fill with whipped cream and finely chopped peaches.
  • Place the top layer.
  • Cover with whipped cream, sprinkle with finely grated chocolate, and in the middle with coarsely grated chocolate.
  • Finally, decorate with meringues or with peaches in syrup.
