Preparation
Mix in a bowl the eggs with milk, sugar, oil, honey and vanilla essence.
Add the sifted flour.
Take to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Cut the cake in 3 layers.
Wet with the mibar.
Fill the first layer with the dulce de leche and the broken meringues.
Ensign the second layer and stuffed with the chantilly cream and the peaches minced very small.
Place the lid.
Top with the chantilly cream, sprinkle with fine grated chocolate and in the middle with thicker grated chocolate.
Finally decorate with meringues or even with peaches in syrup.
