1 cup peanuts
1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
2 cups sugar
1/4 cups water

In a skillet over medium heat, toast the peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds until they release their aroma. Set aside.
In a small pot over medium heat, heat the sugar with water without stirring, let cook until you obtain an amber-colored caramel.
Add the seeds to the caramel and mix very well until integrated.
Pour onto a silicone mat and let cool for 20 minutes or until hardened. Wrap in colored tissue paper and enjoy.
