  • Place the flour and butter in a bowl. Use a fork to melt the butter and sugar until you get a point of sand. Later, add the cold water little by little and compact with your hands until you form a smooth and homogeneous dough. Finally, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.   • Extend the dough on a clean surface and with the help of a rolling pin until you obtain a thickness of 5 mm. Cut empanada disks with a 12 cm diameter cutter. Booking.
