Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Juliana De la Mora
This chocolate chip cookie recipe is excellent. The cookies come out soft, even after cooling down. They taste great paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Low
Preheat the oven to 375 F or 180 C.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
Put the melted butter in the mixer. Add the sugar and brown sugar. Beat at medium speed.
Add the egg yolk, egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture.
Incorporate the chocolate chips.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for a few minutes to cool.
Using an ice cream scoop, make balls of dough and place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown. You should check the cookies after 5 minutes in the oven to prevent them from browning too much.
Let cool and enjoy!
