Preparation

Low
  • In a container or bowl, mix hot water with D’Gari® clear gelatin flavor pineapple until completely dissolved; let it cool to room temperature. It is important that the gelatin remains liquid or semi-liquid. Set aside.
  • In a container or bowl, mix the milk and chocolate, heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes; once hot, add D’Gari chocolate gelatin and mix until completely melted. Cool for 10 minutes in the refrigerator until you achieve a semi-thick texture.
  • In a container or bowl, mix hot water with D’Gari wild blackberry gelatin until completely dissolved, refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, until you achieve a semi-thick texture. Repeat the same with D’Gari orange gelatin, D’Gari pineapple gelatin, D’Gari lemon gelatin, and D’Gari cherry gelatin.
  • To assemble the gelatin, you will need the help of a square frame with acetate and plastic wrap. Create a base of 5 cm high of D’Gari® clear gelatin flavor pineapple and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Use paper cones or plastic bags and fill each one with different gelatins (one flavor per bag); this will help you create the stained glass design, as they will work like paints.
  • To draw the stained glass, start with the chocolate gelatin and create the base design by making irregular shapes with lines. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  • Fill in the design by playing with the rest of the colors of the various D’Gari® gelatins; it is important that these are semi-liquid to avoid spilling; refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Before the gelatins are completely solid, carefully pour more D’Gari® clear gelatin flavor pineapple, approximately 1 cm high, and cool for 30 minutes.
  • Unmold, serve, and enjoy.
