  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the milk gelatin
  • 49 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the milk gelatin

  • 1 envelope clear gelatin dessert, pineapple flavor, 120 g
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the water gelatin
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the water gelatin

  • For the milk gelatin: Mix the whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla essence in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Pour the melted gelatin in a thin stream and dissolve. Divide the gelatin into 6 equal parts in rectangular containers. Color each portion with vegetable dyes until the desired shade is achieved. Refrigerate until set.
  • Once the gelatins have set, cut star shapes using a cookie cutter. Keep refrigerated until use.
  • Prepare the water gelatin by dissolving the packet of clear gelatin in hot water. Set aside until use.
  • Grease a cylindrical plastic mold with cooking spray. Place the colored stars and pour the clear gelatin. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold and serve very cold.
