  • 6 cups whole milk, lukewarm, for the milk gelatin
  • 2 cups condensed milk, for the milk gelatin
  • 2 cups evaporated milk, for the milk gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the milk gelatin
  • 49 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the milk gelatin

  • 1 envelope clear gelatin dessert, pineapple-flavored, 4.2 oz
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the water-based gelatin
  • 14 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, for the water-based gelatin

  • For the milk gelatin: In a bowl, mix whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla essence until completely incorporated.
  • Pour melted unflavored gelatin in an even stream and dissolve. Divide gelatin mixture into 6 equal portions in rectangular baking dishes. Stain each portion with different hues of food coloring. Refrigerate until set.
  • Using a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut the gelatins. Keep in the fridge until ready to use.
  • For the water-based gelatin: In a bowl with hot water, dissolve clear gelatin. Set aside.
  • Grease a cylindrical plastic container with cooking spray. Place gelatin stars into the container and pour in the clear gelatin. Refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold starry mosaic gelatin and serve cold.
