Stovetop Chocolate Cake

  • 3 cups chocolate cookies, If it has filling, remove it.
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups canned peaches, Cut into half-moons.

  • Blend the cookies until they are powdered. To make it easier, do it in several batches and use a spoon for support. From the three cups of whole cookies, you should get two cups of cookie powder.
  • Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl, add the baking powder, the milk, and mix with the help of a whisk until you achieve a thick consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into a deep skillet lined with parchment paper, cover, and place the skillet on the grill over very low heat; if the heat is too strong, even on low flame, we recommend placing a griddle between the flame and the skillet. Cook for 35 minutes on low heat, trying not to open the lid too much.
  • Unmold and decorate with slices of canned peaches.
