  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup sugar
  • water
  • strawberries, in halves, for decoration

  • flowers, for decoration

  • Place the sugar in a pot and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until it forms a caramel.
  • Pour the caramel into a cake mold and set aside.
  • Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, half cream, egg, and vanilla for 5 minutes or until everything is completely mixed.
  • Place the mold over a larger saucepan, add the flan mixture into the mold, cover with aluminum foil, and gradually add water to the saucepan. Cook the napolitan flan over medium heat for 40 minutes, making sure the water does not run out. Let it cool for 1 hour.
  • Serve on a platter and decorate with strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and edible flowers.
