Wash the strawberries and peaches well. Peel the peaches and remove the pit.
Blend the strawberries and peaches together and put them in a saucepan.
Separately, dissolve the cornstarch in the orange juice and add it to the blended fruit along with the sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove and add the ricotta that has been processed.
Let it cool completely and then add the well-whipped double cream along with the sugar. Place in the refrigerator and let it chill for a few hours or until well cold.
