Strawberry Christmas Rolls

These strawberry Christmas rolls are wrapped in a delicious crepe made with natural yogurt and filled with a creamy mixture of chocolate and coffee custard, accompanied by strawberries and almonds, and decorated with powdered sugar.

  • 1/2 cups light milk, for the crepes
  • 1/2 cups Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, for the crepes
  • 1 cup flour, for the crepes
  • 1 egg, for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for the crepes, plus 1 tablespoon to grease the skillet
  • 4 Danette® Chocolate Custard, 100 grams each
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cups almonds, toasted and sliced
  • icing sugar, for decoration, to sweeten

  • For the crepes, blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • Grease a non-stick skillet with butter over low heat, and pour a little of the crepe mixture. Spread it out and cook for 3 minutes.
  • With a toothpick or spatula, lift the edges of the crepe and flip it over. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Repeat the previous steps until the mixture is finished. Set the crepes aside.
  • For the chocolate cream, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently mix in the Danette® Chocolate Custard.
  • Fill the crepes with chocolate cream, strawberries, and almonds. Roll them up and dust with powdered sugar.
