Strawberry Christmas Rolls

These Christmas strawberry rolls are wrapped in a delicious crepe based on natural yoghurt and filled with a creame made with chocolate and coffee custard, accompanied by strawberries and almonds, decorated with icing sugar.

  • 1/2 cups light milk, for the crepes
  • 1/2 cups Oikos® plain Greek yogurt, for the crepes
  • 1 cup flour, for the crepes
  • 1 egg, for the crepes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for crepes, plus 1 tbsp to grease the pan
  • 4 Danette® Chocolate Custard, 100 grams each
  • 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, in slices
  • 1/2 cups almonds, toast and filleted
  • icing sugar, to decorate, sweeten

  • For the crepes, blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Grease a pan of Teflon with butter over low heat, and pour a little of the crepe mixture. Stretch and cook for 3 minutes.
  • With a toothpick or spatula, take off the edges of the crepe and turn it over. Cook another 3 minutes.
  • Repeat the previous steps until the mix is ​​finished. Reserve the crepes.
  • For the chocolate cream, beat the whipping cream until it forms smooth peaks and mix the Danette® Chocolate Custard in an enveloping way.
  • Fill the crepes with chocolate cream, strawberries and almonds. Roll and decorate with icing sugar.
