These Christmas strawberry rolls are wrapped in a delicious crepe based on natural yoghurt and filled with a creame made with chocolate and coffee custard, accompanied by strawberries and almonds, decorated with icing sugar.

Preparation
For the crepes, blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth mixture.
Grease a pan of Teflon with butter over low heat, and pour a little of the crepe mixture. Stretch and cook for 3 minutes.
With a toothpick or spatula, take off the edges of the crepe and turn it over. Cook another 3 minutes.
Repeat the previous steps until the mix is finished. Reserve the crepes.
For the chocolate cream, beat the whipping cream until it forms smooth peaks and mix the Danette® Chocolate Custard in an enveloping way.
Fill the crepes with chocolate cream, strawberries and almonds. Roll and decorate with icing sugar.
