Strawberry cream

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 15 grams corn masa flour
  • 15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 150 grams strawberries
  • 150 grams clotted cream, liquid
  • 250 milliliters low-fat milk

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the green leaf.
  • Put the strawberries in a blender glass and then grind them.
  • To dissolve the grenetina use a little water and reserve it.
