2 egg yolks
15 grams corn masa flour
15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
150 grams strawberries
150 grams clotted cream, liquid
250 milliliters low-fat milk
artificial sweetener

Wash the strawberries and remove the green leaf.
Put the strawberries in a
blender
glass and then grind them.
To dissolve the grenetina use a little water and reserve it.
We put the flour 4 tablespoons of skim milk, add the 2 yolks and stir.
Put the leftovers of the skim milk and the sugar substitute in a pot. When it boils add the flour mixture little by little.
At the time it boils add the grenetina.
Then strain the mixture.
Let it cool, add the crushed strawberries and the cream.
We mix well and ready!
