Strawberry Cream

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 15 grams corn masa flour
  • 15 grams unflavored gelatin powder
  • 150 grams strawberries
  • 150 grams clotted cream, liquid
  • 250 milliliters low-fat milk

  • Wash the strawberries and remove the green leaves.
  • Put the strawberries in a blender and then blend them.
  • To dissolve the gelatin, use a bit of water and set it aside.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of skim milk to the flour, add the 2 yolks, and stir.
  • In a pot, put the remaining skim milk and the sugar substitute. When it boils, gradually add the flour mixture.
  • When it boils, add the gelatin.
  • Then strain the mixture.
  • Let it cool, then add the blended strawberries and the cream.
  • Mix well and it's ready!
