Because we love strawberries with cream as much as you do, we have created a very easy cake to prepare. Try this excellent recipe, which is not only quick but also ideal to enjoy with your family. You will love it!

  • 380 grams cream cheese, (2 packages)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups strawberries, disinfected and diced
  • 2 cups cookies
  • strawberries, halved (for decoration)

  • Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for 7 minutes.
  • Place a layer of cookies in a baking dish, add some of the previous mixture, add the strawberries, and repeat the process until the dish is filled.
  • Finally, cover with cream and decorate with strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
