Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract for 7 minutes. Place a layer of cookies in a baking dish, add some of the previous mixture, add the strawberries, and repeat the process until the dish is filled. Finally, cover with cream and decorate with strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
