  • For the vanilla cake, blend the pieces of Huevo San Juan® with the milk, vanilla essence, vegetable oil, sugar, pancake flour, and baking powder until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a cake mold lined with parchment paper and set aside.
  • For the strawberry cake, blend the pieces of Huevo San Juan® with the strawberry puree, vegetable oil, pink food coloring, sugar, pancake flour, and baking powder until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour the previous mixture into another cake mold lined with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Bake both cakes at 180 °C for approximately 45 minutes. Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Slice each cake horizontally into 3 equal parts.
  • Cut each slice of cake into circles of approximately 3 cm in diameter, forming rings so that they fit like a puzzle; do this with the slices of vanilla cake and with the slices of strawberry cake.
  • Next, you will alternate the circles of vanilla cake and strawberry cake, so that a bicolor layer of cake is formed. Make two layers of cake with the outer ring of vanilla and two with the outer ring of strawberry.
  • Place one of the layers as the base and spread some whipped cream, place a layer on top with a different order in the color of the rings, spread more whipped cream, and then place a layer equal to the one you used as the base; repeat the process until finishing with the bicolor cake layers.
  • Cover the cake completely with whipped cream and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Decorate with fresh strawberries and flowers.
